I’ve got 2 hours before I get picked up for my 2nd date with Grandote. I’m just gonna pay some bills real quickly, mop the kitchen floor, put clean sheets on the bed, write this, trim my hair and then jump in the shower to make sure my maquina para hacer churros is nice and limpio.
I planned the first date so this time around I told him he was in charge. We’re going to an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica and then walking the pier/and or beach. He texted me today saying, “Casual. Don’t play dress up.”
“So no heels?” I replied.
“No I hope not. LoL”
Yikes! I know I shouldn’t read into text messages because they never show emotion/tone properly, but this one made me a little nervous. I’d never be able to date a guy who thought wearing heels was gross or wrong.
“You’ve never worn heels?” I wrote back.
“No. Have you?”
“Duh.”
“Ok ummmm.”
“U should try it sometime. OK see u tonight! I’ll be dressed casual,” I said.
So I think I’m gonna invite him up when he drops me off and get him to wear my pink heels right before I blow him.
